Charis Marquez
Charis Márquez is the Vice President of Fashion at the American E-commerce giant Ebay and is responsible for overseeing all of the Ebay’s digital marketplace’s fashion initiatives, including those concerning luxury products. Prior to Ebay, Charis served as VP for sales effectiveness at Levi Strauss & Co. as well as heading their E-commerce merchandising for the Americas region. Prior to Levi Strauss & Co. she served as director of digital merchandising at Walmart-owned Sam’s Club. Charis Márquez’s career includes being a champion for diversity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace, serving as executive sponsor for Project Onyx, Levi’s Black employee resource group, and previously as a Fair Employment Consultant at Sears. She began her career at Sears as a logistics management trainee in 2000. Her last role at the company was head of e-commerce and digital for the Craftsman, Kenmore and DieHard brands.
Charis Márquez holds a BA from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
