Charis Marquez has over 16 years in retail in positions in Human Resources, Supply Chain Operations and, for the past 8 years, Ecommerce. Charis spent 16 years with Sears Holdings, Charis’ prior experience includes over 16 years at Sears Holdings Corporation as Head of Ecommerce and Digital for Craftsman, Kenmore and DieHard brands and being responsible for the general management and P&L for Kenmore.com and Craftsman.com, along with managing the Brand presence and marketing online for Kenmore, Craftsman and DieHard brands. Charis has spoken at several conferences on branding and Ecommerce technology and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from University of Maryland, College Park, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Rona Fourté, as Director of Supplier Diversity for Walgreens, leads a team to impact the diverse owned business inclusion rate in contracting goods for resale, goods not for resale and professional services. She and her team serve as the primary liaison and subject matter experts for identifying, developing and introducing diverse suppliers for opportunities at Walgreens. Paul Barsamian is an Information Security executive with over a decade of engineering and operating experience in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Working for Accenture Plc, Paul has served Fortune 500 clients in the financial services, products, resources, communications and high tech sectors and was previously responsible for a $13.5m security business across North America for Accenture’s Communications Media and Technology business unit. He was recently recognized by the Accenture Inventor Award Program for patents he authored in both Security and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle technologies. Mr. Barsamian is also responsible for developing software prototypes for Internet of Things (IOT) business models such as Precision Agriculture, and advising clients on software, services, integration and strategy for the use of unmanned systems and connected devices as well as serving as the lead architect for the Robotics community of practice.
